Today I took up the 14 Days to a Better You challenge to give me health a shake for just 14 days of committed hard work. I can manage that. I can and will.
Having had little dude a year ago, I want to try to get back into my previous body shape – don’t need to be a size 6 just feel more toned around my tummy and thighs. You know – the places all women do!
So here I am – Day 1 out of 14 and giving up sweets, chocolate, crisps aka bad stuff for me in general and drinking lots more water and good stuff. Also committed to gym sessions or activities for each of the 14 days. That isn’t too long right?
All our meals will be good and healthy as they usually are but for me less carbs if I can. I do like carbs but trying although sugar is my main weakness.
Today I hit the gym sessions for 10 min rowing, 10 min HIIT running, 15 mins kettlebells toning. Eaten good stuff like brown bread, fruit, veg, Weetabix for breakfast, and water and no sugar fizzy juices.
This might be easy at the start but here’s to what this will bring in 13 days time.
Thank you and special mention to my gorgeous Hubbie and sister for doing this with me.

Well done you and huge wishes of good luck. I need to do exactly the same so can’t wait to see your next update to see how things are going. Hopefully it’ll inspire me to get off the sofa and but the biscuits in the bin!!
Thank you so much for the very kind comment – join in with me for the next remaining days! Hoping to share all the details anyway each day, so watch out for more updates 🙂 xx
