My Miracle Morning Routine – Mamafurfur Vlog

I find that each day starts better when I take some time to do a 30 minute morning routine, even though I am a busy working Mum of two young boys and a busy household.

I only recently discovered this morning routine practice, but it is one I now look forward to my quiet time at the start of my day, without distractions.

I like to follow the SAVERS routine from the Miracle Morning book by Hal Elrod, and will always follow this rough structure:

Sit in Silence
Read and ponder my Affirmations and Life Goals
Visualize my ultimate life
Exercise briefly
Read something positive
Write in my Journal
